Our Story

P&P Acquisitions was founded by two cousins, both named Phil. It’s an unusual detail, but it captures something true about how this company started: as a family effort built on shared history, shared instincts, and a shared belief that good things deserve a second chance.

The origin traces back to our grandfather. He spent decades building a personal collection of vintage jewelry, piece by piece, with the kind of patience and care that doesn’t really exist in most businesses today. After he passed, we inherited that collection and were faced with a decision: let it sit, or give it a second life. We chose the latter. We began selling the pieces under the name Grandpa’s Vintage Legacy, initially as a way to honor his memory rather than as the start of a company. There was no business plan at that point, just two cousins trying to do right by their grandfather’s work.

As we sold, something became clear that we hadn’t expected to learn. We noticed a pattern among wholesalers and established businesses: strong products and inventory, built over years of relationships and expertise, but limited time or resources to keep pace with today’s e-commerce and social selling landscape. Running a livestream, managing multiple storefronts, and staying current across platforms is a full-time discipline of its own, and most businesses simply weren’t built to do both things at once. That gap became the foundation for P&P Acquisitions.

We now partner with wholesale firms and businesses to bring their products to customers across major online marketplaces and social platforms, from Amazon and eBay to TikTok Shop and Whatnot, among others. Our team manages the e-commerce side of each partnership from start to finish: preparing and presenting products, building listings, running storefronts, marketing, and selling live across multiple channels. Our partners don’t have to become e-commerce experts overnight. They keep doing what they already do well, and we handle the rest.

What began with a single jewelry collection has since grown into several active partnerships, including Grandpa’s Vintage Legacy, Biblical Artifacts USA, and Home Appliances Hub, each with its own history, its own products, and its own audience, all supported by the same team and the same commitment to doing this right. We plan to keep growing into new categories as we find partners who share that same standard.

At its core, P&P Acquisitions is built on partnership. Our partners focus on sourcing and providing great products; we focus on getting those products in front of customers and building their presence in the digital marketplace. It’s a simple division of labor, but it’s one we take seriously, because it’s the same principle that got this whole thing started: everyone doing what they do best, together.

Two cousins. Two Phils. One company built on our grandfather’s legacy, and still growing.
